NOW SUPPORTS VERTICAL CABINET MANAGEMENT!

WinCLD now can be configured to display cabinet items in a format the directly supports Vertical Cabinet Management:

In the screen above, the green cabinet items show high/low levels as they always have. The red items, however, are set up for Vertical Cabinet Management. The crew can easily see how many slots to use and how many items to put on each tray. If the level falls below the minimum/tray you set (like Qtr Meat above), WinCLD goes back to showing the high/low range for the item.

In order to display Vertical Cabinet Management levels, WinCLD needs to know 3 things:

bulletHow many items will fit on a tray
bulletHow many slots are available for this item
bulletThe minimum number of items per tray. This is used to determine when to turn slots off and on.

The screen above shows the Lunch/Dinner cabinet item editing screen.  The only changes need to be made to the "Units" column. In this example, the units for Reg Meat are "Sl4Min4." This means there are 4 slots available for Reg Meat in the cabinet (Sl4), and you want to shut off slots if the level drops below 4 patties per slot (Min4).

The "Items/Unit" column has not changed, and indicates the maximum number of patties per tray.

Do not worry about the "Cook Secs" column. That is only needed if you use Blue Boxes to tell your crew when to cook product.
